· Wedding Coordinator :
-Prior to Event

· Recommendation of vendors based on your particular needs/desires,
· Planning of vendors timeline,
· Planning of schedule for day of the event,
· On-Site instruction and planning of rehearsal, unlimited communication via email or phone.
-Day of Event
· The wedding coordinator will serve as the point person for every vendor. She directs the event from start to finish.
· Management of the timeline for the event day,
· Coordinating of music and bridal party for ceremony, processional and recessional.
· Check area set-up, positioning of tables and delivery of special linens and other rental equipment to assure that all is in accordance with wedding décor plan.
· Assure that all favors, centerpieces, and place cards receive proper placement and that all candles are lit, etc.
· Supervision of reception events, such as showing couples how to cut the cake, throw the garter/bouquet and ease couple into dancing so that each event flows smoothly. The wedding coordinator will adhere to the schedule as time permits and alert couple of upcoming events so that the couple may relax and enjoy the wedding.
· The wedding coordinator will assure that all guest management is provided including reserved and assigned seating as well as guests with no RSVP attending wedding.
· The wedding coordinator will distribute and pin-on flowers to all wedding party and extended family
· Tables:
(9) 60” Round Guest Tables (seats 8-10 guests per table)
(3) 8’ Banquet Tables (sufficient for all of your buffet/serving needs)
(4) Glass and wrought iron tables and (16) wrought iron chairs (seats 4 guests per table)

Renting the Entire Venue Including Overnight Accommodations:

Price includes all of the above and exclusive rights to the grounds for your wedding day and night. Our management and staff respect and recognize the importance of absolute privacy for your wedding celebration. Your day will only be shared with your invited guests and the facility is reserved exclusively for your event with family and friends. Exclusivity is one of the important elements for a memorable occasion.
The price also includes all ten rooms for 22 of your overnight guests and a scrumptious breakfast for those guests the next morning on the wooden deck overlooking the sparkling lake.
All catering and alcohol distribution must be provided by one of our preferred caterers, not listed in any particular order:

All tours are by appointment only so please make arrangements with the Wedding Coordinator.
A deposit is required to save your wedding date and is applied to the total fee. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellation results in forfeiture of all payments. Final payment is required 30 days before your scheduled wedding day.
Our professional wedding staff can assist you with recommendations and information for invitations, floral arrangements, centerpieces, guest favors, cake decorations, photographers, videographers, Dj’s, Bands, officiants, transportation, additional accommodations, customized linens, slipcovers, a tent, and other specialty items at an additional cost. Eliminate the stress of coordinating all of your vendors and instead enjoy the ease of having our professionals place arrangements and help with your wedding needs. In order to properly address budget requirements, a privately in-depth interview is required for an all inclusive price quote. You provide detailed information on what you desire and with professional vendors at hand, you will receive an all inclusive price quote for your customized event. Indoor/Outdoor Locations
Johnson Mill can help you plan the outdoor wedding of your dreams. Our outdoor wedding locations can accommodate up to 400 guests in each setting. In the winter under a blanket of snow accompanied by lights twinkling in the trees we can accommodate a enchanting tent equipped with lighting and heaters that can perform well for you and your invited guests on your wedding day. Whether you would like to hold a luncheon or your overall ceremony and reception at the Johnson Mill it is our sincere wish that you share your day with us.
The Grove Situated by the base of a natural year round 40 foot waterfall, the Grove is a beautiful group of treest that provide shade and comfort along with a natural setting. A willow branch arch completes this ceremony site. This setting can accommodate up to 350 of your guests. Imagine a waterfall cascading by you as you take your vows as your guests sit awestruck at this majestic scenery.
The Millpond
Located at the edge of our 5 acre natural spring lake is our Millpond site. The Millpond incorporates a beautifully landscaped garden area for your wedding and reception needs. Along with a gazebo flanked with twinkling lights at night and a wooden dock that leads the way, this is a perfect spot for those one of a kind pictures that every bride dreams of. Our lake also houses 2 charming white swans and is an ideal outdoor setting that can accommodate up to 450 guests.
The Waterwheel
Offering another, and our most popular setting, the waterwheel is surrounded by striking trees and colorful flowers. Situated next to out Millpond location is our 20 foot high water wheel. Historically used in an old fashioned flour mill, this waterwheel is a beautiful backdrop for your unique and special wedding day. This location can accommodate up to 450 guests.
English Garden
With a stunning backdrop of Mt. Timpanogos is our meandering stream flanked by an English garden setting. Several small waterfalls accompany this naturally beautiful stream and are an ideal location for your special events such as bridals, ceremony and or reception. This perfect setting can accommodate up to 150 guests.
The Cabin
With mahogany wood and a roaring fire in our cozy fireplace, this unique setting makes for a spectacular reception/luncheon location. This lodge like locale can be the right place for your intimate dinning reception space that can accommodate up to 50 seated people.
